MP3 Ordering & Download Instructions

Once you have ordered and paid for your MP3 download(s), upon approval of your credit card you will be given instructions on where to download the file(s). An email will also be sent to you with a link and instructions. (If you don't receive your notification email in a timely fashion, please be sure to check your spam filter/junk mail folder.)

Please note that you will have 3 days to download your files, so it is important that you (a) indicate a correct email address and (b) download your order before the expiration date.

CD Shipping Information (Quick 24-hour Ship-Out Service!)

For approved credit card transactions, we will normally ship your CDs out to you within 24 hours after the receipt of your Monday-Friday domestic order, unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.

Important Mailing Instructions
To ensure prompt delivery of your Baby White Noise CDs, the US Postal Service requires the recipient's full name and complete address, including suite or apartment number where applicable. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot be responsible for verifying shipping addresses. So please be sure to verify the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address; otherwise, any shipments returned to us by the US Postal Service for an insufficient or incorrect address will be re-sent to the correct address at your expense. So please help us get your order to your destination by double-checking the shipping address before finalizing your order.

First Class Mail Shipping & Handling
Your Baby White Noise® CDs will be sent to you via US Mail. Shipping and handling to addresses within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) costs $3.38 for each CD.

International Mail Shipping & Handling
Yes, we ship virtually anywhere in the world! International shipping and handling, including Canada, costs $5.88 per CD.

If you do not select the appropriate shipping option for your address and country, we will automatically upgrade your order's shipping selection to the appropriate shipping option for your address and add the difference to your order. All addresses outside of the United States must be sent by International Mail.

Sales taxes will be charged where applicable.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after ship date (we ship within 24 hours after receiving your Monday-Friday domestic order) for receipt of your shipment before inquiring about your order status. If, after that time, you don't receive your shipment, please contact us by e-mail with your name, order date and order number.
